قام السيد شاهر أبو منشار بزيارة إلى مدير مديرية وزارة العمل، السيد محمد شلالده (أبو العبد)، وذلك تقديراً لجهوده الكبيرة ودوره الفاعل في دعم وإتمام إجراءات تأسيس نقابة شركات مواد البناء الفلسطينية.

وتناول اللقاء بحث آفاق التعاون المشترك، وتعزيز التشبيك بين النقابة ووزارة العمل، إضافة إلى مناقشة سبل بناء شراكات فاعلة مع مختلف المؤسسات ذات العلاقة، بما يسهم في خدمة قطاع مواد البناء وتطوير أدائه.

كما اتفق الجانبان على إعداد خطة عمل تهدف إلى رفع مستوى الوعي لدى التجار المنتسبين للنقابة، من خلال تنظيم ندوات تدريبية وتوعوية، تعزز معرفتهم بحقوقهم وواجباتهم، وترتقي بمستوى العمل المؤسسي داخل القطاع.

وحضر اللقاء عضوا مجلس الإدارة السيد عمران عشا، والسيد يوسف النتشة (أبو إسماعيل)، إلى جانب السيد لؤي الزغل، حيث أكد الحضور جميعاً أهمية استمرار التعاون والتنسيق مع المؤسسات الرسمية، والعمل المشترك على خدمة أعضاء النقابة، وتعزيز دورها في تمثيل قطاع شركات مواد البناء الفلسطينية والدفاع عن مصالحه.

وفي ختام اللقاء، أكد الجانبان حرصهما على مواصلة التنسيق والتعاون، بما يحقق المصلحة العامة، ويسهم في تطوير القطاع وتعزيز الشراكة مع مختلف الجهات ذات العلاقة.

Mr. Shaher Abu Munshar paid a visit to the Director of the Ministry of Labor Directorate, Mr. Mohammed Shalalda (Abu Al-Abed), in recognition of his significant efforts and active role in supporting and completing the procedures for establishing the Palestinian Building Materials Companies Union.

The meeting addressed prospects for joint cooperation and strengthening networking between the Union and the Ministry of Labor, in addition to discussing ways to build effective partnerships with various relevant institutions, contributing to serving and developing the building materials sector.

Both sides also agreed to prepare a work plan aimed at raising awareness among merchants affiliated with the Union, through organizing training and awareness workshops that enhance their knowledge of their rights and duties, and elevate the level of institutional work within the sector.

The meeting was attended by Board members Mr. Imran Asha and Mr. Yousef Al-Natsheh (Abu Ismail), along with Mr. Luay Al-Zaghal, where all attendees affirmed the importance of continued cooperation and coordination with official institutions, and joint efforts to serve the Union's members, and to strengthen its role in representing the Palestinian building materials companies sector and defending its interests.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides affirmed their commitment to continued coordination and cooperation, in a manner that achieves the public interest, contributes to the sector's development, and strengthens partnership with the various relevant stakeholders.
