استضاف ملتقى رجال الأعمال الفلسطيني، بالتعاون مع شركة PalTec، إحدى شركات مجموعة العقابنة التجارية، ورشة عمل بعنوان "التحول الرقمي في إدارة الموارد البشرية"، بمشاركة عدد من رجال الأعمال والمديرين التنفيذيين وممثلي الشركات، من بينهم السيد شاهر أبو منشار، ممثلاً عن شركة أبناء أبو منشار للتعهدات العامة.

ورحّب السيد مازن زغير، ممثلاً عن رئيس وأعضاء الملتقى، بالمشاركين، مؤكداً أهمية التحول الرقمي في تعزيز كفاءة المؤسسات ورفع قدرتها التنافسية.

وتناولت الورشة دور التحول الرقمي في تطوير إدارة الموارد البشرية، من خلال رقمنة العمليات، وتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحليلات البيانات، إلى جانب استعراض أبرز متطلبات نجاح تطبيق أنظمة إدارة الموارد البشرية (HRMS)، وفي مقدمتها دعم الإدارة العليا، ووضع استراتيجية واضحة، وتطوير المهارات الرقمية للعاملين.

وأكد السيد شاهر أبو منشار، أهمية مثل هذه الورش في تعزيز قدرات المؤسسات الفلسطينية على مواكبة التطورات التقنية الحديثة، ورفع كفاءة العمل المؤسسي بما ينعكس إيجاباً على بيئة العمل وجودة الخدمات المقدمة.

The Palestinian Businessmen's Forum, in cooperation with PalTec, one of the companies of the Al-Aqabneh Trading Group, hosted a workshop titled "Digital Transformation in Human Resources Management," with the participation of a number of businessmen, executive managers, and company representatives, including Mr. Shaher Abu Munshar, representing Abu Munshar Sons Company for General Contracting.

Mr. Mazen Zughair, representing the Forum's president and members, welcomed the participants, emphasizing the importance of digital transformation in enhancing institutional efficiency and boosting competitiveness.

The workshop addressed the role of digital transformation in developing human resources management through the digitization of processes and the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies and data analytics, alongside a review of the key requirements for the successful implementation of Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), foremost among them senior management support, the development of a clear strategy, and the enhancement of employees' digital skills.

Mr. Shaher Abu Munshar affirmed the importance of such workshops in strengthening the capacity of Palestinian institutions to keep pace with modern technological developments and improve institutional efficiency, which in turn positively reflects on the work environment and the quality of services provided.
