شارك رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة أبناء أبو منشار للتعهدات العامة، السيد شاهر أبو منشار، في الندوة الثقافية الحوارية “صناعة الأثر: كيف تُولَدُ القياداتُ الفاعلة”، وذلك بدعوة من نادي أحباب اللغة العربية الفلسطيني، والتي نُظمت بالشراكة مع وزارة الثقافة وبلدية الخليل في مركز إسعاد الطفولة بمدينة الخليل.
وجاءت مشاركة السيد أبو منشار انطلاقًا من إيمانه بأهمية دعم المبادرات الثقافية والمجتمعية، وتعزيز الحوار حول بناء القيادات القادرة على إحداث أثر إيجابي في المجتمع، وترسيخ قيم الشراكة بين مؤسسات القطاع الخاص والمؤسسات الوطنية.
وتناولت الندوة خمسة محاور رئيسة، شملت بناء الوعي القيادي، واستدامة الإنجاز، وعرض نماذج فلسطينية مؤثرة، ومهارات القيادة وصناعة المبادرات، إضافة إلى دور الهيئات المحلية في تحقيق الأثر المجتمعي، بمشاركة نخبة من الأكاديميين والمتخصصين.
واختُتمت الندوة بنقاش بنّاء وتوصيات أكدت أهمية استمرار هذه اللقاءات النوعية، لما لها من دور في تنمية القيادات الوطنية، وتشجيع المبادرات الهادفة، وتعزيز التعاون بين مختلف مؤسسات المجتمع.

Participates in the Cultural Dialogue Seminar “Making an Impact: How Effective
Leaders Emerge”
Mr. Shaher Abu Munshar, Chairman of the Board of Directors
of Abu Munshar Sons for General Contracting Company, participated in the
cultural dialogue seminar titled “Making an Impact: How Effective Leaders
Emerge,” at the invitation of the Palestinian Friends of the Arabic
Language Club. The seminar was organized in partnership with the Ministry of
Culture and Hebron Municipality at the Isaad Al-Tufoula Center in the city of
Hebron.
Mr. Abu Munshar’s participation reflects his commitment to
supporting cultural and community initiatives and promoting dialogue on
building leaders capable of creating a positive impact in society. It also
underscores the importance of strengthening partnership and cooperation between
private-sector institutions and national institutions.
The seminar addressed five key themes, including developing
leadership awareness, sustaining achievement, presenting influential
Palestinian models, leadership skills and initiative development, and the role
of local authorities in creating community impact, with the participation
of a distinguished group of academics and specialists.
The seminar concluded with a constructive discussion and a
set of recommendations emphasizing the importance of continuing such
high-quality forums, given their role in developing national leadership,
encouraging meaningful initiatives, and strengthening cooperation among various
institutions and sectors of society.
